[Resolved] Separators and form submission issues

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I updated the Toolset plugins to the latest versions I have available to me and WordPress to 4.9.8 yesterday and a couple of issues arose.

Issue 1 - Separators appeared when displaying content selected by checkboxes (Toolset Custom Field). Previously, if there wasn't a selection made in the checkbox, it wouldn't show the separator. I found an old fix for 3.0.2 and attempted using that file, but to no avail.
Issue 2 - Form submission now brings up a blank page, showing a server 500 error. This worked before the 4.9.6 -> 4.9.8 update and the update to the latest set of downloads for Toolset. I've tried re-installing the Toolset plugins and replacing all the 4.9.8 files on the server with a fresh download, no luck.

Issue 2 - On new training diary submission, the page refreshes to blank (screenshot attached). Before updates, this worked fine.

I expected to see:

Issue 1 - No separators if no content.
Issue 2 - A refresh of the page to show all 'training diaries' content.

Instead, I got:

Issue 1 - Separators where no content was selected in the textbox.
Issue 2 - A blank page (Chrome console attached).

Well - we just published hotfix version 3.2.1 for Types that should address both the issue you reported.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. You can download latest plugin release from your accounts page:
