No, because those Repeating Fields are not related.

You have a repeating field Title, and several other, repeating fields. But those are "standalone" fields that repeat.

If you want something like you depict in your screenshots you need to use Repeatable Field Groups.

These can be setup in Field Groups that are assigned to one Post Type.
Then you can have a similar structure as you depict.

This can also be edited in Forms later, but the Repeatable Field Group will not appear in the Post Edit Form, it will be a "standalone" form.
Read more here:

https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/creating-and-displaying-repeatable-field-groups/front-end-forms-for-repeatable-field-groups/

If you have a RFG (Repeatable Field Group) you can select that Group when you create a Post Form.
Then, that Post form will let you edit and add those RFG fields.

I didn't see the 'Add New Repeatable Group' here.... Did I do something wrong or miss any step?

Repeating Field groups are included in Types 3.0+. You'll need to upgrade and ensure the Field Group is only assigned to one post type in order to use these new features.
