[Resolved] SEO: use custom post data into meta title or description

will it be possible to use Custom Post fields values to compose meta informations for the page?
I mean meta title, description.. I would like to compose a fixed text mixed with dynamic parts that I will get from the post fields. I would like to use SEO plugins like Yoast or Rank Math.

Please check the following link how you can add the custom fields to title:

You can add the custom field value using the following defination:
%%cf_<custom-field-name>%%
As when you create any field using Types plugin, it prefixes with 'wpcf-YOUR-FIELD-NAME'. So, if you have custom field created using Types plugin mybook. You can add it to your SEO title field as:
%%cf_wpcf-mybook%%
For other complex type custom fields like radio buttons, checkboxes, etc, you can register a custom template variable that.
