Tell us what you are trying to do?
I’ve been able to create a site where users can add, manage, and delete listings. The last step would be for a visitor to contact the vendor who has listed his/her ad on the same page. This is the issue I am having

Hi,

Did I understood correctly that you want an email to be sent when the ad is created to the vendor?

If that is the case, the only way Toolset can send emails is via Toolset Forms.

You go to the notification section of the form that created the ad you will see that you can add custom email notifications.
