Hi there

We seem to have a problem with the parent select field in cred forms and dashboard forms.

The select field to select a parent post, in any form and for any parent post, is empty. No posts found...

If you try to preset the value in the form (value="xxx") nothing is saved on form submission.

See screenshots.

I have completed all the usual checks:

1. Checked all plugins and themes for conflicts.
2. Deleted the field in the form and re-added it.
3. Cleared permalinks via WordPress settings > permalinks.
4. Cleared cache and checked all possible conflicts around caching.
5. Checked the relationship is correctly setup.
6. Ensured all plugins and WordPress are up-to-date.

I have selected this website as an example but the problem is happening to all my websites... This website is live and has 10 active relationships, many of which support the customer-generated content within the e-commerce element.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share problem URL admin admin access details as well as frontend user access details (if required to test the post relationship form in order to see the issue).

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh!
Sorry. It's been one hell of a weekend. I had to remove all relationships and restore my old method using custom fields because the site is live and VERY busy on the weekend. It needed to function properly immediately. I think I have worked 20hrs each day (unpaid) since my last message...
There are no relationships on this site anymore...
I appreciate that Toolset does not provide support on the weekends and that's really fine!
Many thanks for coming back and sorry to have wasted your time.
Rita
