I noticed that the text field on the filter section on this page hidden link and this page hidden link is no longer working. When you type in a stockist's name exactly, it's obviously still working somewhat as the other filters adjust based on what you put in eg typing "Africa", the country dropdown will only then show UAE & OMAN which is where that stockist is located.
In the view settings I see it says that "Distributors" and "Stockists" needs to be added to the Relevanssi index. So I think I need to tick those in the Relevanssi settings and then rebuild the index, which seems fine enough, but my question is if I do that, with the stockists and distributors then show up in the main search? Because Relevanssi was installed and configured how we want it, and stockists and distributors should only be available on the pages they're already on, and the search/filter should filter those results. It used to do this but I guess it stopped working when we installed Relevanssi.
Do I need to add those to the relevanssi index in order to get that particular search field working? If I don't, what do I need to change so Relevanssi isn't used for those search fields? If I do need to add them to the index, am I able to exclude them from showing up in the main search on the website?
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I would like to know what if you try to disable the "Relevanssi " plugin and then try to run a test search with your keyword - does it works as expected?
Have you added any filter/hook before installing "Relevanssi " plugin?
Can you please tell me while "Relevanssi " plugin is disabled - with what keyword what is you expected result?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
