[Resolved] Search results not displaying as they should
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that some of the items were missing from the search results that should be there.
Solution:
In a case like this I would advise to check the missing post to ensure that the information being search for is matching the created post. If it does then I would try recreating the post and see if it starts loading.
This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

Hi there, the search results are behaving very oddly on this page (therapist locations and training level in sidebar): hidden link.
For example, when I search for London as a location, Pavlina Holicova should appear in the results. When I search for Liverpool, Nawal Careem should appear. This is the same for the levels - Level 4 and Level 3 respectively - but they don't, unless you're logged in to the site.
I've tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Safari and sometimes they appear but sometimes don't. Also, Liverpool doesn't even appear in the dropdown menu in Firefox.
All Toolset plugins are up-to-date. Could you look into this please?
We've tested across different browsers and are still seeing the following in Chrome, Firefox and Safari (new private windows):
Pavlina doesn't appear when searching for London.
Pavlina doesn't appear when searching for Level 4.
Nawal doesn't appear when searching for Level 3.
Liverpool disappears from the dropdown menu when any search results are displayed.
Does the fact that all browsers are behaving the same, mean this isn't simply down to caching?
The mystery deepens! I've recreated Pavlina's profile (hidden link) which displays as "London, UK". Now, when I test it, both profiles are showing up under Level 4, but neither is showing up under London or UK still.
Do you think this is down to caching and will eventually sort itself out?
However, Liverpool is still not showing in the dropdown list once you've performed at least one search.
I took another look at this and noticed that the issue was not present in the duplicator.
I also checked on the live site and noticed that I wasn't seeing the issue anymore. When I logged out and did the search everything was showing correctly.
