Hello,

The issue is being handled however due to the amount of load on the forum currently we require some patience in order to get the issue resolved.

Debugging the exact issue takes time and as such opening multiple tickets referencing the same issue will not help with speeding up of the process.

Shane, Noted on the explanations. My greatest worry is again someone MIA with no reply.

Due to time difference i have requested Luo to takeover the case as partner with you . You too could help to solve the issue anytime. we have some finding but still not fully solved yet. Thanks !
