Search multiple custom field with single search bar

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to have one search bar which can be applied to multiple custom fields.

Refer to attached screenshot, I want to have one search bar to search both title and custom field 'relationship', can I do that?

Thanks for your reply. If I add several custom fields from different post type as the search fields, will the search result be included if I only search from specific post type view?

Yes, if you only search from specific post type view, it will return results that contain your custom fields.
