I am trying to: set up a parametric search page with filters

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see: The search filters to remain active after I go to the next results page

Instead, I got: The Medium filters are active, but the Recommended Use and Difficulty filters become disabled.

Hello,

Please try this:
Edit your view (ID: 2631), in section "Custom Search Settings", enable option " Let me choose individual settings manually", and enable option "Always show all values for inputs", and test again.

Thanks! This gets rid of the problem, but I would like to hide the inputs that aren't available. For example, if someone selects 'Book' and 'Introductory', there are no entries that have 'advanced' difficulty, so at this point I would like the 'advanced' option to disappear. But I don't want it to disappear when just changing results page. Is this still possible?

Yes, it should be possible, and you will need to switch back to option "Show only available options for each input".

It should be able to hide/disable those unavailable options, if the original problem still persists:
The Medium filters are active, but the Recommended Use and Difficulty filters become disabled.

Please try these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) I can see there are lots of errors in your website, see screenshot js-error.JPG
In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

It's still not working, as when I switch to show available options, the filters become disabled on page change. The errors had to do with the spinner graphics, which I must have added ages ago and not updated when the address for it changed. Thanks for pointing it out though.

TBH, I think it's not an important enough issue to bother you with having to go through all my files, so I'll just settle for the 'show all options' solution for now. Thanks!
