Random field options are now missing from several fields in my search form.
Additional field options disappear each time a field option is selected in another field in my form. This behavior is very difficult to describe as I have never seen it before in any search form on the web outside of Toolset.
I created the form as instructed by your support staff and your article fragments.
1. I would like to know why field options that were once present are now gone and how to replace them (with screenshot) and how to prevent it from happening again?
2. I would like to know why each time I click an option in a field options in other fields continue to disappear?
The form loads and the Year field which once ranged from 2005 - 2018 loads with only 2006, 2011-2018 and is missing 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010.
If you click another field option more field options continue to disappear. At one point only the year 2018 remained the only year in the Portfolio Year field.
I want to know how to resolve this issue.

In the Custom Search Settings of the View editor screen, there is an option that determines whether to always show all options or only show available options. You must select "Let me choose individual settings manually" to see it. See custom-search-settings.php for an example. If you cannot see the Custom Search settings in your View editor screen, scroll to the top right corner and click "Screen Options" to activate it.

How does the system define "available options"?
When only available options are present, what does that mean exactly?
Available options will produce results when combined with the other currently selected filters. If selecting an option would produce no search results, then that is considered "unavailable" in this context.
