[Resolved] search based on custom field

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

I have set up a query filter on my product archive (woocommerce) using an URL parameter/custom field (product tag words). So far so good - it works.

However, when no posts/products are found, the "wpv-no-items-found" message (screenshot) is not displayed.

How can I fix this?

Thank you for contacting our support forum.
It could be that their are post being displayed but nothing is showing up.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to check the views debug data to check what is happening here?
