[Resolved] same shortcake: different outcome

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

While sending a notification I get different things for the same shortcodes. See images cred001 and cred002.
It is a notification to the admin so no deal breaker, but it is not how it should be.

Yes, the wpv-user shortcodes are often problematic in CRED notifications. Is this a User CRED form or a Post CRED form? If it's a User form, then the preferred syntax is as follows:

First name : [wpv-user field="user_firstname" id="%%USER_USERID%%"]
Last name : [wpv-user field="user_lastname" id="%%USER_USERID%%"]

Hi Chris,
It is a User CRED form but with same result. But don't worry about it, I am not too concerned to get this right as this is a notice to the admin.
I'll probably come back to you with things more important ?
