Hi,

I am looking for solusions to restrict access to see post for user who hasn't purchase membership package.

For example: I have blog post and i would like to show everyone first two lines about the post and then show some message "If you want read more then you need register and purchase membership package" and if user buy this then he/she will see full post.

I would like to use woocommerce because my theme came with woocommerce and membership packages: hidden link

Do you have any idea how to make this or can you recommend some solutions?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - we offer nice tutorial about how you can build Membership site using Toolset which may help you:
=> https://toolset.com/learn/create-membership-site-wordpress-using-toolset-plugins/

Also, we have given detailed instruction about how you can restrict the pages:
=> https://toolset.com/learn/create-membership-site-wordpress-using-toolset-plugins/restricting-read-access-specific-pages-posts-members/

I recommend you to go through above tutorials and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

Also, Toolset access offers shortcode [toolset_access]:

[toolset_access role="subscriber" operator="allow"]
this content will be visible to "subscriber" users only
[/toolset_access]]

Hi,

First of all I read your documentation and i was very amazed how good it was and i managed to build custom user roles and registration page very easily. Then i got to the point where i neede to give every role expired date and I saw one line about that: "For handling recurring payments (time-limited subscriptions and those that can be renewed after a specific period), you will need the WooCommerce Subscriptions add-on.". That was very dissapointing because this addon cost 199dollars. Now it looks like I can't use your plugin because 199dol is too much for this.

To you know any other solusions or workarounds to avoid this expensive addon?

Well - I offer you what we have and how you can build the membership site using Toolset and Docs clearly states its addon requirements as well. So, there is no other alternate way to make recurring subscription working until you decide to do that much custom programming on your own.

Do you know any other solusions or workarounds to avoid this expensive addon?
==> I do not have any other alternate solution to offer your here but you may try to find other plugin if its available and try to play with it.
