I created a page with access control that can only be viewed by registered users.
But when I publicize it in the source of the page I can read
<meta property = "og: description" content = "reserved content" />
which is the reserved content.
Where am I doing wrong?

ok, I understand the problem.
in the avada theme options there is
Open Graph Meta Tags
must be OFF otherwise the content even if reserved in the source code I can read it.
But is toolset compatible with avada 5.7.2?

#1185752

Hello,

For the question:
But is toolset compatible with avada 5.7.2?

Yes, you can use Avada theme with Toolset plugins, here is a document about "Using Toolset with Avada Theme":
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-and-avada-theme-layouts-and-custom-templates-without-coding/

And Avada theme is in our recommended theme list:
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/

But I can not guaranty it is full compatible with Toolset plugins, there where some know issues with Avada theme:
https://toolset.com/known-issues/?wpv_post_search=avada&wpv_aux_current_post_id=399043&wpv_view_count=401205-TCPID399043

So I suggest you try it, and feedback if there is any compatibility problem. thanks

hi Luo,
If you can add in the list of incompatibilities that
Open Graph Meta Tags
must be OFF
it is incompatible with Access Controll.

Hi Luo,
I have a list of users in .csv
name, surname, email.
I would like to create a registration form and import these 100 users.
When I amount users I should send a welcome email where there is a automatic password.
These users who have a subscriber role for example.
They have to see a page reserved for them.
How can I do?
Thank you

For the problem:

If you can add in the list of incompatibilities that

it is incompatible with Access Controll.

Since I don't have a copy of Avada theme 5.7.2 in my localhost, Please try these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, also describe detail steps to duplicate the same problem

I need to duplicate the same problem, test and debug it in my localhost

Hi Luo,
if I do not activate the default wordpress theme, I have NO problems. If you activate AVADA with the theme option
Open Graph Meta Tags
Enabled.
In the source of the page I see the reserved content that I should not read.
If you want to see the problem I can contact you privately.
Thank you

There is a misunderstand, since it is a compatibility issue, according to our workflow, I need to duplicate the same problem in my localhost, thenescalate this issue to our developers.

Since I don't have a copy of latest version of Avada theme in my localhost, please provide the latest version Avada theme or your website duplicator package in below private message box.

#1189576

You can put the duplicator package file in your own google drive disk, and share the link in private message box:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/reserved-contents/#post-1189571

Thanks

#1190327

How can I send you a private message?

#1190328

I have enabled the private message box again, please share the link in it.

Thanks for the details, I can see the problem with your duplicator package, you can remove that duplicator package from your website.

But the problem is:
1) enable theme option "Open Graph Meta Tags"
2) With or without access plugin, the meta tag will be outputted in front-end:
<meta property = "og: description" content = "reserved content" />

So it is not a compatibility issue.

I assume you are going to use Access plugin to control the "Open Graph Meta Tags" outputs, as you can see, there isn't such a built-in feature within Access plugin, I suggest you add it as a feature request here:
