Hi Toolset team,

I want to create a front-end submission form for a custom post type with some required custom fields. These fields are not required in the backend, though. Basically, I need the same as in https://toolset.com/forums/topic/required-fields-in-front-end-forms/. I understand that this is currently not a feature of Toolset, but I would like to add my vote to the feature request. Thank you.

Kind regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Your observation is correct and this feature is currently not supported. I've added your voice to this matter on our internal ticket.

For now, you can use some custom script to make the selected non-required form fields, required.

regards,
Waqar
