I just purchased a one site license for a client. Their previous designer didn't renew.

Do I just download the plugins and replace the old ones? I don't see a license code. I attempted to just replace but I'm still getting "cannot connect to toolset" message.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support and I'd be happy to assist.

You don't have to download and install the Toolset plugins again. You'll just register with the new Toolset key.

Please go to the Toolset sites management page ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ) and generate a new site key. Just make sure to use the same address that is set in your website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )

After that, you can register this new key on your website from WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.

I hope this helps and let me know if you need further assistance.

regards,
Waqar
