This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The bot reminding me to check the thread is fine. I am just asking that you do not close the topic because I may have some questions involving this topic before I complete the project. The bot did not close the ticket.... It was sitting with no replies for over one month and then it suddenly got tagged as resolved when I had not logged in for 3-4 days.

I understand.

There seems to have been an issue with that robot, that is why the problem appeared, it seems.

Usually, the Robot should remind you about 3 days later of the last reply, about a ticket, if I choose the "I think it's solved" option.

Let me know once you have more questions, so we will proceed as adequate.
