Hello, my repeating field groups are no longer showing in Admin. It stalls with a Loading... animation message. The content still displays on front-end currently, however.
I've updated to the latest Types versions (3.2.2) and tried switching themes and disabling plugins. No luck. Running latest version of WP with Classic Editor plugin installed.
But, I was not able to see the problem with Repeatable Field Groups, they seem to work fine on my end (unless you switch to horizontal view mode, but that is known)
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - The duplicator file you shared is almost 1.9 GB that is too large to download.
Let's check the first few basic debug steps:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
2)
If #1 does not help - Could you please share problem URL where RFG is NOT loading/working?
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Ok - thank you for sharing access details. I see another user reporting the same issue with Yoast SEO. I will try to reproduce the issue on a clean install and update you here.
Well - I've updated the Types plugin version to 3.2.3 and I can see now repeating field groups are displaying:

So, you should remove the "Classic Editor" plugin.
When you will create/edit post type from Toolset => Post Types, it will give you the option to chose what kind of Editor you want to use with your post type.
Please check the following screenshot:

So, try to update all Toolset plugins to it's latest version as well as update WordPress to 5.0.2. Try to remove "Classic Editor" plugin. If all seems good OK otherwise try to follow the following step.
If you still have issues, try basic debug steps to ensure the possible conflict:

Thanks Minesh. You've been helpful but it's frustrating waiting on the timeszones when I know there are other developers in the same time zone that can help.
Your suggestion worked on my test site but not on my live site, which is odd. Live site is mergedigitalcreative.com/tgs
When I do the same plugin and WP update on live it still has issues. See here: hidden link
I've already tried basic debug steps as I stated in my first post in this support ticket.
