Repeatable Field Groups not available

Problem:
Repeatable Field Groups not available

Solution:
Repeatable fields group already implemented and working. The latest stable Types version is 3.0.6. Once you install it and try to create a custom filed group - you will see the option to add repeating field group.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to: use the Repeatable Field Groups feature. This is specifically the reason why I just purchased a licence. As I understand this feature is only available in beta, and I do not want to run a beta version on our live site.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
It's on my dev machine, so not important.

I expected to see:
Repeatable Field Groups feature

Instead, I got:
Nothing.

My question is: when will this feature be implemented in the release version? If not within 2 weeks, there unfortunately is no point for me in having this plugin and in this case I would like to get a refund.
