If you goto the home page hidden link
and click the Join Now button top right
A Modal box opens, you will see on this some text saying 'All plans are subject to a 12-month minimum contract. Your subscription will run until cancelled. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.'

I'd like to edit this text but cannot see where it can be done.

Can you let me know how to do so?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It looks like the text comes from one of the layout but I need to check on your install in order to point you out in the right direction.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
