Hello,

I have the following problem:
I have moved a page and now wanted to deposit it in my toolset account, because I get the following error message from the image.

Unfortunately I can not take out the previous web page (hidden link). And still get on the new URL the error message and can not update the Toolset plugins.

How do I handle this with the keys at Toolset I have not found any information. I hope you can help me.

Best regards
Patrick

Postscript:
I have removed the old page accordingly under Plugins > Commercial > the registration

And added the new key on the new page.
But unfortunately the URLs are still displayed in my customer account. And on the new page I get (as on the picture) the error message - but I could update the plugins.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Each Toolset site key is generated for a specific website's base address/URL. If you're now working on a website with a different address, you can go to the sites management page in the Toolset account ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ) and delete the old site key.

Next, you can generate a new site key, making sure to use the new website's URL saved at WP Admin -> Settings -> General -> WordPress Address (URL).

After that, you'll be able to activate this new site key on the new website from WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
( ref: https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/ ).

regards,
Waqar

Hey Waqar,

thanks for your feedback.
The problem is that I don't have the option to delete pages in my customer account (toolset).
I had done all the steps as you said.

I only have 3 pages available and then there must not be any problems.

best regads
Patrick

Thanks for writing back.

When you'll visit the site's management page ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ), you'll see the trash icon at the end of the row to delete any existing key.
( example screenshot attached )

If you don't see it, please clear the browser's cache, log out and then log in to the Toolset account again.

In case the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of what you see on that page.

Hey
thank you for your answer.
I cleared the cache and so on. But, there is no trash icon.

I will try it later again when I have to restart my pc.
