Tell us what you are trying to do?
- I am trying to use Relevanssi text search to find data in custom fields. It work great with text data but it doesn't find any numeric field. I tried following and it didn't help (every time I reindexed search fields):
- change the field from text to numeric;
- try searching in different fields (put numeric value and search);
- reduce minimum word length for a search using this guide: hidden link
- checked that search in some custom fields is active with the correct fields

Is there any documentation that you are following?
- yes, this one: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/searching-texts-in-custom-fields-with-toolset-and-relevanssi/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=gui&utm_campaign=toolset

Is there a similar example that we can see?
- any site example with a search field

What is the link to your site?
- hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share details about what what link I should use for searching and with what keyword or number I should try to search with and what is your expected results.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh, thank you for your quick reply.
For some reason, the issue got resolved itself. Before replying you back I decided to test a text search another ### time and it worked. I could carefully gues that either indexing takes way more time even after Relevanssi says its done, or there was something else like a plugin update (the site and the view doesn't have any cash implemented)... It's weird but I am happy everything works 🙂
