Thanks for the details, I can login your website and see the problem.
And I see a lots of 404 errors and JS errors in the URL you mentioned above, see my screenshot errors.JPG
It seems the some plugins files are missing in your website, please reinstall the latest version of Toolset Types plugin, and test again
1) Backup your website database
2) Delete Toolset Types plugin, install Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Then test again
