Hi, it looks like you're having some problems with Toolset in wp-admin. I'll be glad to help. If the relationships page shows a loading bar even with only Types plugin and Twenty Twenty theme active, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check to be sure your WordPress version is 5.4 - the latest version.
- Clear your browser cache and test the relationships page again.
- Try reinstalling Types manually. Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads and download the latest version, Types 3.3.10. Now go to wp-admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins and deactivate, then delete Toolset Types. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin and upload the Types zip archive you just downloaded.
- Be sure your server meets the minimum requirements. Most importantly, PHP 5.6+ and MySQL 5.6+ are the minimum versions, and the eval function and the mbstring extension must be enabled. You may need to ask your hosting company about those technical requirements.
- Please provide your site's debug information in your next reply. You can find instructions here: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I'll review everything and give you some feedback.
