I am trying to: My page works with several relationships. Somehow, all of the links between posts have dissappeared over night. As far as I can tell, there have been no automatic updates for plugins. Deactivating all of the plugins except the Toolset plugins did not change anything. Can you help?
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: There should be a contact person and a list of project partners in the right column.
Instead, I got: nothing is shown. In the backend, all relationships are empty.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please tell me how and using what template you are displaying the contact person and a list of project partners in the right column.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I do not see any of the Toolset content template is assigned to display the project post type.
In order to miimize the caue of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the theme/plugins you use:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
all content is displayed with templates created with the elementor theme builder.
I deactivated all plugins (except Toolset and Elementor) but I don't see any difference regarding the missing content. Same for the theme (I switched from Hello to Twenty-twenty five.
That is the thing as Toolset is not involved here I mean the single post template you are displaying is belongs to Elementor.
I suggest couple of things:
- Check with Elementor support and check with them if they have any known issue or its really belongs to Toolset
- If there is no role from the Elementor then I will require duplicator copy of your site in order to investigate this issue further or a test site where I can do basic troubleshooting as debugging with live/production site is not recommmonded.

When I disable the "code snippet" plugin I can see the following message on the following page:
=> hidden link
This message is visible only for Administrators
Dynamic Visibility - Custom Condition: Call to undefined function has_related_posts()
This message is visible only for Administrators
Dynamic Visibility - Custom Condition: Call to undefined function has_related_posts()
Then I checked and I can see there is code snippet added that holds the above mentioned function: has_related_posts()
=> hidden link
But can you tell me from where you are callin the has_related_posts() functions?
The function is called in a custom condition for displaying certain elements on pages if there is content to display, e.g. whether the project has a publication related (linked with a toolset relationship) to it. This condition is is set for specific block in the elementor template for that page.
When I checked the following page in backend:
- hidden link
And when I check any of the post-relationship box - there is no post available that is why you have impression that it does not display any related posts?
- hidden link
Yes. I also noticed that there are no relationships displayed in the backend but they should exist as we connect at least one contact person (and publications or posts if applicable) to each project.
The missing relationship in the backend is a symptom not the cause.
Yes, of course I try to display them in the front end.
And they should be there because I created them. But somehow all the relationship links disappeared, aka they are not shown in the backend but I think they are still in the database. I don't know how this happened, that's why I opened this ticket.
You mean you already had existing established post-realtionship connections setup with the following post and now its not shown in backend as well as frontend - is that correct?
