Hi Bernice,

Thank you for getting in touch.

It seems what we have here could be a plugin conflict of some sort.

What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable the non-toolset plugins and try again. This is really just to ensure or confirm that we are dealing with a plugin conflict.

Looking to hear from you soon.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, I tried to disable all my plugins but the relationship still doesn't load.

It seems that it is because the plugins are loaded in a staging copy of the site. Since it is working on the actual site.
Is there a way to allow it to work on the staging copy?

Hi, Shane is out on holiday this week so I'm checking in on his tickets. I'm not able to log in to the site using the information you provided, I see "staging1.learnindonesianhub.com’s server IP address could not be found." Is there an IP-based restriction on your staging environment?

The registration key difference won't have any affect on post relationships functioning in staging. Registration keys are required for receiving automatic updates, but an invalid registration key will not break any other functionality. Can you open the browser console and look for any JavaScript errors? Copy + paste anything you find here for me to review.

I noticed that you have Elementor and Toolset Layouts active together on this site. Please note that we recommend you deactivate Toolset Layouts if you want to use Elementor. We have more information about best practices for using the Elementor system with Toolset here:
