[Resolved] reCAPTCHA not working properly

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

I have added recaptcha to user registration form but it's not working properly. After filling the captcha its showing me error Wrong Captcha. Please check attached screenshot. You can check the issue here: hidden link

Thank you for waiting, while I performed some tests on my website.

I wasn't able to reproduce this specific issue, despite setting the form with the same fields and code.

This suggests that the issue seems to be specific to your website. Would it be possible for you to share a clone or snapshot of your website with us?
(it can be from this website or from another test website where the issue is reproducible)

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” (http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) for this porpoise.

If you already know how Duplicator works, you can skip the instruction video and just send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.

( note: I'll need both files and you'll probably want to use DropBox, Google Drive, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big )

IMPORTANT: Remember to create or keep an admin account for me before creating the snapshot, or I won’t be able to log in. You may delete the new admin account once the snapshot has been built.

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for sharing the access details.

I tested the form at hidden link and it seems to be working correctly now.

The changes that I've made are:

1. The "Carrier SignUp" form's notification, didn't have any email address field selected, to send email to.

I selected the "Confirm Email Address" field in it. Please check the same on your live website, too.

2. The "reCAPTCHA API" credentials were not updated for this cloned website's domain, so I generated a new key. You're welcome to test this with the current key and also with your own.
