Hi !

I've created a form (ID:9471).
It is accessible from the right tab on the main page (send a message icon).

To send the content I add a ReCaptcha (which is "<!-- -->" for the moment).
The issue is that the ReCaptcha is correctly displaying when I'm connected as an admin.
When a user is filling this form, the ReCaptcha is not displaying at all.

It's like there was a permission on the ReCaptcha.

Could you please help ?

I can give you an access in a private section if it helps.

Thanks a lot.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

There are some Javascript errors from the Toolset code that are caused by the current files'(Javascript) optimization. Check this screenshot hidden link

According to the provided debug information, I suspect one of the following plugins to be responsible for this optimization:
- Jetpack
- Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster

We have an article on how to use optimization plugins with Toolset here https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-use-optimization-plugins-with-toolset/
Please exclude all the mentioned files, and the reCAPTCHA scripts in cred-frontend-editor\vendor\toolset\toolset-common\toolset-forms\js

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
