I have an existing view and want to add additional filters to it. When I click the "Content Selection" section, the custom post type I use has a "Filtered" link beside it and then it quickly disappears. No query filters are displayed either (and it used to work in the past). Nothing happens if I try to create new filters by clicking the "Add a filter" button (at least on the UI).

Is this a known issue?

Hi there,

Would you please test to see if there is no conflict with another plugin or the theme?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Also please provide the debug information:

Hi there,

Thank you for providing the staging website.

I tested by deactivating the plugins that was possible to deactivate and also changed the theme.

The problem persisted on Search Camp page.

Then I added a new page and it worked again with no issues:

hidden link

This shows the issue might be a block that is used on that page.
Would you please try to create a new page and add again the blocks there to identify which one is causing the issue?

Most probably if you add the page from scratch it should od the trick.

After the page creation, please enable the other plugins and change the theme to the one you want to use and see if it works ion that scenario too.

Thanks.

Unfortunately I couldn't find what caused the issue. I ended up creating a new View in the legacy editor and attach it to the same page
