Quantity selector on WooCommerce not working

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there,

Buy buttons no longer including the quantity selector on my category pages like they were a few weeks ago?

Why is this happening?

I can't provide access to the pages since it is within a locked dashboard. However, here are screenshots. The quantity was where the buy now button is/the blue circle. Toolset excerpt attached as well.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hello, this issue has been reported to our developers for resolution but I do not have a timeline available yet for delivery of the fix. I'll be glad to keep you updated here as I receive more information.

Our developers have scheduled a round of updates focused on WooCommerce compatibility and enhancements. We hope to address this issue in the next major round of updates. You can follow along in this erratum: https://toolset.com/errata/not-possible-to-include-quantity-in-add-to-cart-button/

Hello, we are now in the process of releasing the next major round of updates, which includes the fix for this problem. If you have not yet been prompted to update, you can go to wp-admin > Plugins > Add new, then click the Commercial tab. In the Toolset Installer panel, click "Check for Updates", and the automatic installer should find the latest plugins for download.
