[Resolved] Purchased but Unable to Revalidate

This support ticket is created 4 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Just purchased. Registered my site here. In WordPress, it keeps telling me if I am still seeing the subscription expired message that I need to revalidate my subscription. I click the Revalidate Subscription button but nothing happens. Instead it just refreshes the page and shows the same message. Image attached.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To fix this, I'll suggest these steps:

1. Please go to WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and use the "Unregister Toolset from this site" link to disconnect the existing site key.

2. Next, from WP Admin -> Settings -> General, copy the exact URL used in the "Site Address (URL)" field and use that to generate a new Toolset site key ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ).

3. Use the new site key to activate Toolset from the same screen at WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.

Finally had a chance to try what you suggested today. It worked!
