[Resolved] Product view not correctly applied

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's product content template is not getting applied to new products.

Solution:

The issue here is that the user had our Layouts plugin installed and had created a blank product layout. So their new products were being assigned to this blank layout.

In this case I would recommend creating your product template with layouts if you intend to continue with layouts.

Or secondly you can just disable layouts and then just set your new products to use your previously created content template.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I've split the ticket into another one so that the issue with the slider can be handled there.

Everything is ok with the content template assignment correct?
