[Resolved] Product image not displaying

This support ticket is created 5 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: The image in the Toolset Views is not displaying properly. The same image seems to displaying properly in the Product Template created with Toolset

I expected to see: In the 2nd event listed, the image is not displaying

Hi Gina,

Thank you for getting in touch.

It seems that the shortcode that is displaying the image is generating this url for the 2nd image.

If you check that image url you will see that it's a 404 error.

Is the original image added correctly on the backend? Could you send me a screenshot of the post on the backend as well as a screenshot of the view on the backend.

Hello Shane,

The way it is uploaded is correct because it is the same way as the other product that has the image appear correctly (screenshot I sent earlier) and this image also appears in the product page. It just is not appearing on the Views.

Hi Gina,

I figured the issue.

It seems you're trying to crop the images to a size that they can't be cropped to the specific size that you want. Well at least for the second image.

However even the first image isn't cropped to 400*400 instead its cropped to 150*150. 400*400 might be too large for the column you want it in.
