Problems Editing/Displaying Episode CPT

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am using Toolset Types & Views in combination with Divi Theme and Divi Builder. I have the latest versions of all the relevant plugins, as well as the latest version of WordPress.

I have created a custom post type called Episode, which I want to display in almost exactly the same way as a regular WP Post. In the Post editing page, Divi offers options to select a Fullwidth page and also to hide the post title. These options are not offered on the page for editing an episode, even though I can use the Divi Builder to create content for it.

I've tried creating a template in Toolset Views, but that does not seem to solve my problem. Indeed, it makes matters more difficult, because once I use a template for an Episode, it seems I can no longer use the Divi Builder.

All I really want is for the Episode admin page to offer me the same options as I get in the Post admin page. That is, I want Divi to be able to offer Fullwidth Episode and to hide the "post title" so that I can use Divi modules to construct the episode the way I want it.

Is there a way to get my Episode CPT to behave like a regular WP Post?

Hi,

I suggest you setup a content template for single Episode post, and design the content template with DIVI Builder, see our document:

Once the editor is open, scroll down to the Theme Options section as shown below:

But I don't see the "hide the post title" option in above screenshot, is it a built-in option of DIVI Builder?

And there are some known problem with DIVI theme:
