Dear Support,

I've just sended a support request about a migration of the website hidden link.
Now I'm experimenting a problem with the creation of a form where I’m finding it difficult to visualise some data.
For example I see "There is a problem with data-evento-rassegna field. Please check CRED form."
Or also "There is a problem with luogo field. Please check CRED form."

As the website was built a few years ago and has had few updates, it is likely that some of the plugins used at the time are now causing compatibility issues (for example, the Views toolkit, which I am unable to activate).

I’ve set up a test environment; if you could take another look, that would be great, as I’m taking too long to sort this out.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Claudio

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

To enable the legacy views, you can follow the following Doc:

For other problem - Can you please share problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

This do not look like issue due to update but what you confirgure before or maybe later you made the changes to the post-relationship.

I see you have many-to-many post relationship with the post types Artisti [*] <<>> Eventi [*]:
=> hidden link

When you have many-to-many post relationship, you should not add the parent field on the edit post form. To manage the connections for many-to-many post relationship you need to use the relationship forms:

Is it used to work before - if yes, what if you downgrade the Toolset plugins to:
- Types 3.6.1
- Blocks 1.6.21
- Forms 2.6.23
- Layouts 2.6.17

You can downlaod the old plugins from your account's downloads page:

You can download plugins manually and then on your site's plugin's page deactivate and delete the existing Toolset plugins and replace with the above mentioned version.

Do you see it working with the above last stable version?

Thank you for the reply,

the biggest problem was managing with Types the custom fields. I use the menu under Toolset.
Thank you for the other suggestions.

Best regards,
Claudio
