I have set up and activated a User Form since September 2020. So every time a new member registers on the website using the User Form, a couple of emails are set to be triggered once the form is submitted.
I have only just noted that for the 17 entries below for which the new Users were actually created on WordPress dashboard, the notification emails were not triggered? Could you please help us figure out what happened - was it a problem at Toolset's end?
Also, for most of these entries, the 'Name' and 'Nickname' details were recorded in WP dashboard, except for the ones specified within brackets below:

Have you checked the server's error logs for any errors or warnings? If not, I'll recommend temporarily turning on WordPress debugging and testing the user form to see if any errors or warnings are logged.

Another useful point to investigate is whether these emails are not being triggered or they're being triggered but somehow not getting delivered. For this, you can activate any email logging plugin:

Thank you very much for your response and for the suggestions.
There are not error or warnings noted in the server's error log at the moment.
I am in the process of investigating the email side of things - I have installed WP mail log which is going to be a very useful tool moving forward. Also I have installed the 'Check & Log Email' plugin, which has allowed me to run a test on the mail-tester.com website. The results suggest that we need to authenticate the emails generated from our website - something that we will be looking into this week.
Could I keep this ticket open for a little longer, just until we manage to solve this problem?

This ticket will stay open for a couple of weeks, but, even you have to follow-up after it has closed, you can always open a new one and include this ticket's link in it and we'll know that the two are related.
