Good morning. We are having a problem when hiding elements to create the responsive version of a website.

As we always do, we have created a "container" block and adapted the content to be displayed correctly on Desktop. We have done the same with a copy for the mobile version. Then we hide one or another block, depending on the version we need on each device. But we failed to hide either of the two.

In any case, both blocks are always shown.
For your interest, other functionalities related to the modification of styles, such as margins, are recognized depending on the device.

We have also tried to create a new page and create a block for desktop that is hidden on mobile and vice versa. This last option does work, but not on the website we have already set up.
We have also copied the code of the page that gives problems into a new page, but the problem is repeated.
What do you think it could be due to?

Hi Avansis,

Could you do a short video demonstration of the issue so that I can see what is happening here?

Also would you mind allowing me to have admin access to your site so that I can create a copy should it be needed?

Finally when did this issue start occurring was it after any updates?

Please provide as much information as possible so that I can get an understanding of the issue.
