Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hi, I've created a post form that I'm intending for guests (i.e. not logged-in users) to be able to use to submit posts to CAPTA.org. I've dropped it into a web page using the [cred_form] shortcode, and can see it fine while I'm logged in as a WordPress admin, but when I just tried it without logging in, I cannot see the form.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I realized I need to grant access via Access Control, so followed the instructions at https://toolset.com/course-lesson/controlling-access-to-front-end-forms and made sure that "guest" (and every other role) is checked for the form in question (Create Custom Post with the Form "Submit a Resource Library Resource (PUBLIC)")
However, after saving, I'm still unable to see it when not logged in (I've tried in several other browsers which wouldn't have anything cached).
What is the link to your site?
The form should display on hidden link
Any advice on how to proceed?
Thanks,
David
Hello,
I have tried the URL you mentioned above:
hidden link
I can see the post form correctly, see my screenshot form_access2.jpg
There might be some cache problem in your website, if you are using other cache plugins in your website, please try to clear the cache and test again
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
