[Resolved] How to use Existing Post Types and Fields with Toolset

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
We've several Post Types and Fields already registered and in use on our Website and would like to "migrate" those contents to Toolset, so we can get rid of the plugin or code that managed these contents until now.

Solution:If you want to take complete control of these contents and get rid of either the plugin, theme or code that adds the data structure, you can follow this Documentation:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/custom-content/convert-existing-custom-types-and-fields-to-types-control/

Note that you might also want to access some hidden metadata, this can be done like elaborated here:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/custom-content/using-third-party-hidden-fields/

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm reworking an old website that was developed without Toolset. It has 6 custom post types that already exist with lots of data. I want to move the existing custom post types into Toolset Types so I can output them with Views or Blocks. Screenshot of an existing custom post type. How do I do this?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Couldn't find any. If there is any, please, let me know how to find it.

What is the link to your site?
Wildernessclassroom.org -- the new version isn't live.

You could in theory already output the data with Toolset as long those are somewhat vanilla Custom Post Types and Fields.

If you want to take complete control of them and get rid of either the plugin, theme or code that adds the data structure, you can follow this Documentation:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/custom-content/convert-existing-custom-types-and-fields-to-types-control/

Note that you might also want to access some hidden metadata, this can be done like elaborated here:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/custom-content/using-third-party-hidden-fields/

Does this help?

I think this will work. Thank you! If I run into any problems, I'll ask. But the CPTs look simple so there shouldn't be any issues converting them.
