[Resolved] Posts disappear from WordPress dashboard after enabling Toolset Access

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

Whenever I enable the "Managed by Access" setting in Toolset admin, my posts or pages disappear from the dashboard.

Solution:

In fact the problem is related to WordPress.com's default post/page list view mode. I just turned it to Classical view mode (there's an option for it in the admin bar) and the posts/pages came back.

I am trying to: Make use of Access to restrict content to subscribers.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: It's on the WordPress admin panel

I expected to see: The list of published posts

Instead, I got: no posts are shown

Whenever I enable the "Managed by Access" setting in Toolset admin, my posts or pages disappear from the dashboard as can be seen in the attached picture. This basically renders the plugin functionality unusable. I'm on the WordPress.com business plan.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
In fact the problem is related to WordPress.com's default post/page list view mode. I just turned it to Classical view mode (there's an option for it in the admin bar) and the posts/pages came back. Anyway, you should look into this incompatibility with WordPress.com interface. Other users could bump into this.
