Hi Ian,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can have a look to see what is happening here ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Ian,

Thank you, I managed to have a look at the site, however not sure if its possible to disable all your non-toolset plugins seeing that this is a live site?

Alternatively If you're ok with me taking a copy of the site I can carry out these tests locally to see what is the cause of this issue.

Finally can you recall when did this issue started to occur ?

Thanks,
Shane

I think the issue occurred over the weekend, I've tried to restore a copy of the site, but my backups aren't restoring.

Feel free to copy the site.

Hi Ian,

I took a look at this one for you and the problem seems to be caused by the All in One SEO plugin.

Unfortunately i'm not able to replicate the issue on a fresh install and with the AIO SEO plugin installed the templates are still loading.

For now you can disable this until I investigate the issue further.

Thanks,
Shane
