Post Type Not Appearing In New Post Widgets

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Display a review template on our homepage in the latest posts section

I expected to see:
The post in the top banner & in the ALL latest section

Instead, I got:
Nothing, not appearing

Hi, in many cases these widgets are part of a custom theme, and you would have to consult the theme's documentation to see if they can be extended to include other custom post types. Can you give me some additional details about the widgets you are referring to? How are they set up in WordPress? How do you manage their placement on the homepage? Do these widgets offer any options for filtering or including different custom post types? Please take screenshots in wp-admin that show any details you can offer.
