Hi there

I tested the first link in several browsers and could not see the content, though I do see content when checking the second link.

Checking the page source it looks like you are using Divi, would that be correct?

How are you making the templates for this post type? They are Divi templates?

And how are you outputting the post content within that template?

If you edit the aventura-ii post and the questa-e-vita post, do both have content created the same way? (Maybe with the WordPress editor, or with the Divi editor.)

Could you please share the site debug info?

Hi,

Thank you for sharing these details.

I suspect that a 'Layout' from Toolset is incorrectly assigned to this particular 'yacht' post.

Can you please open the edit screen of both these 'yachts' posts that you've shared and make sure that the 'content template' or the 'Layout' settings are the same?

In case they are different, make sure that 'Aventura II' post's settings are the same as the 'Questa è Vita' post.

If the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, for further troubleshooting.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,

Thank you for sharing the access details.

During troubleshooting on your website, I'm noticing some unexpected behavior from the Toolset Layouts plugin.

Since this is not reproducible on my test website, looks like something specific to your website is involved.

Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website? This will help in investigating this on a different server.

#2654531

yes you can take a snapshot to investigate thank you!

#2655103

Thank you for the permission and I've downloaded the website's clone.

I'll be running some tests and will share the findings, as soon as this testing completes.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for waiting, as I completed this troubleshooting.

I noticed that on your website the yacht post which was not showing content correctly, had an empty layout assigned to it.

Since there are no other layouts in use on the website, most likely it was assigned by an accident. You can go to WP Admin -> Plugins and deactivate the plugin named 'Toolset Layouts' and those posts will start showing the content correctly too.
