Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The issue is resolved, but I can't close it.
It gives me a message telling me this:

ERROR: Duplicate reply detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!

But everything is correct now!

This is because this ticket was resolved before.

You need to write a bit different message, for example "all issues resolved with ticket" and then you will be able to mark resolve the ticket.
