Tell us what you are trying to do. When a person fills out our form, I want them to receive a notification letting them know it was submitted successfully. I also want a notification to my email when someone fills out the form.

Is there any documentation that you are following? no

Is there a similar example that we can see? Yes, my form link is below.

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to know - have you followed the instructions given with the following Doc:

I have read all the documentation and watched the videos. I am getting forms submitted from end users. I am not getting notified when they do submit a form. The end user is not getting notified or receiving my email notification. I tried doing a test email and I don't receive anything from that either.

Could you please add a mail logging plugin to your site and then check if it logs any email when you submit the form?

Please share details what details you get in email logs after you submit the form.

In addition to that - Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

I did add the WP Mail Logging Plugin. I filled out a test form, and the new plugin did record the submission. However, I didn't get any notification once I was done.

Have you checked with minimum setup while only Toolset plugins active?

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

Can you please share the problem URL where I can see the issue (I know you shared the URL with your first reply but just to confirm if its different one) and admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

You can use any email address - just send me the user and password so that I can access the admin.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

It seems the issue is from your server.

I tried to setup SMTP using Gmail and I can see it working and I started to get emails in my inbox.

I've already installed the following plugin on your install.

From the "WP Mail SMTP" plugin's settings page - can you please try to configure the Gmail as your mailer and try to resolve your issue.
