This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Ok after closing this ticket, I opened a new one and you came up as the one and only person I could assign the ticket to. I don't know how the algorithm works here but I can tell you that the previous person to resolve a ticket for me was not Waqar and he's the only support person I could choose when I did the earlier test.

Hope this info helps your systems team work out what's going on.
