Post created by Cred commerce does not publish after order payment validation

This support ticket is created 5 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

I have a site with Toolset and WC and face an issue :
I'm using a WC Cred inside the product template page to create a specific postype when a product is bought in order to add some specific info.
So, I'm able to order the product and create the postype but the issue is that when the payment is finalized (thanks to Monetico module), then the order is still in process (not completed) and the post is not published (still draft).

Any idea when could cause this issue?
I have added a screenshot of the order

I am not sure to really understand your use case, can you elaborate more and give detailed steps on how you reproduce the issue?

Can you check if you have set the appropriate status for each status of the order, check this section of our article.

Hi Jamal,

Thanks for the info.

After analysis, the issue is not a Cred issue. As mentioned, the WC has not completed the order even if the payment has been accepted and validated !
So, I would say it's normal that the post has not been published.
I think I have understood what was wrong : my products do need logistic but they were not checked as "virtual", so WC was waiting for a last shipment operation before turning the order to "completed"

Sorry to have bothered you with this issue that was not related to Toolset !
