This is a strange error - where does it happen?

In the Plugins list, or Commercial Installer, or Dashboard > Updates section?
Can you head to wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support and send me a screenshot of that?

If you need the update immediately, you can always grab it manually from https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ and follow the manual update steps https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

But if you have the time, I would like to analyse it and if possible adjust/fix so you can simply use the Update button.

I also suggest enabling WP Debug and letting me know if any error happens during the update.

I get the failure message inside the plugin window.

Can you try to do the steps recommended and feedback with the results?
