My website developers tried installing the plugin but we are facing an issue to upload the images from the front end to a file upload field that has been created using the toolset types plugin.

Here is a link to the video where I demonstrate it: hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I watch the video you shared and I can see there is some JS error on your browser's console.

First of all I will have to review how exactly you setup your form and there seems to be redirection when you click the button to upload images - isnt it?

Can you please share problem URL as well as admin access details and steps I'll have to follow to see the image button.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Unfortunately the admin access details you shared is not working at this end. Can you please send me admin access details.

Thank you for access details. I would like to know, do you facing problems to upload image logged in as admin or I've to login as other frontend user? If it requires another frontend user then please share the access details.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I can see there is JS errors on browser's console:

Can you please make sure there should be no JS errors.

However, when I tried to click on the upload buttons for me its working, please check the following video:

I'm logged-in as "toolset.housing" user. I do not able to see the issue what you see. What browser you are using? I've tested with Chrome.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as with the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

Hi Minesh, sorry for not replying sooner. For some reason I didn't get an email notification to say that you'd replied. Let me double check your question with my web developers and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Hi,

Minesh is on vacation, so I'll be following up on this ticket.

Please take your time and I'll wait to hear back from you.

The web developers did some investigation after finding out your test account could add photos. For some reason it is the type of account (editor) that I have that wouldn't let me upload photos. When given another type of account, it would let me. Not entirely sure why this is happening but I am satisfied that this issue is resolved. Thank you for your help!
